Tentang Pekerjaan
Job Description:
Board potential vendors and ensure they meet requirements prior to conducting business
Request, review, verify and monitor required documents for registration vendor
Completing the vetting process to approve vendor
Provide assistance to vendor for registration process and updating data process
Utilize vendor management database to add, maintain, track, and organize vendors to ensure all required documents are uploaded and updated at all time
Initiate vendor evaluation, coordinate data set-up process, approval process and follow up to vendor that have low grade
Initiate vendor clean up to maintain active vendor active and hide/deactivate inactive vendor
Provide excellent service to internal and external partner
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Vendor Management
Job Requirement:
Graduate from Bachelor Degree from any discipline
Proficient Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and solving skills
Ability to follow written and verbal directive
Ability to work independently
Demonstrate a high level of reliability and job stability
Fluent in English is a plus
Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Will be placed in BSD, Alam Sutra

PT. Citra Niaga Jaya Metabe as one of the creative steel furniture industries in Indonesia is in need of professional candidates who are experienced in the world of production in carrying out their roles as production managers as trained in planning, coordination and control of the manufacturing process and are responsible for ensuring that goods and services are produced efficient, correct & accurate production, produced in accordance with the right budget and quality according to company standards.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Oversee the production process, compile a production schedule
Ensuring an effective production cost budget
Decide what source is needed
Arrange a time scale for work
Estimating costs and setting quality standards
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
Responsible as a liaison between different departments, for example suppliers, managers
Work with managers to implement company policies and objectives
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
Supervise and motivate the work team
Review worker performance
Identify training needs
Planning and organizing production schedules
Assess project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating and approving budgets and time frames with clients and managers
Determine quality control standards
Supervise the production process
Re-negotiate the required time frame or schedule
Select, order and purchase material
Organizing routine repairs and maintenance of production equipment
Liaise with buyers, marketing and sales staff
Oversee the work of junior staff

Syarat Pengalaman :
Have experience as a production manager for at least 3 years is a MUST
Keahlian :

Planning skills and organizational skills to be able to run and monitor the production process
The ability to act decisively and solve staff or problems related to equipment
Have the capacity to understand concepts easily
ICT ability to handle various technologies and programs
Accuracy to ensure a high level of quality
The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients
Strong negotiation skills to get material in the budget and at the right time
The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
The ability to work in a systematic, logical way

Kualifikasi :

Male is at least 28 years old
Have experience as a production manager for at least 3 years
Attractive, honest and wise
Have excellent leadership
Have an own vehicle

Waktu Bekerja :
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday 8am – 2pm
